Shipping Policy

At Three Fells Embroidery, all items are made to order. 

Processing Time

Personalised items are handmade and dispatched within UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS from the date of order 

During busy periods (Such as seasonal launches or holidays) Processing times may be extended, any significant delays will be communicated.

Shipping Method

orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch, however this is not a guaranteed service. 

Delivery Delays

once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. WE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or missing parcels

if your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days  of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

we will always work with you to resolve delivery issues. 

Address Accuracy

please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
